RCE Result November 2023 Successful Examinees Civil Engineers :- The Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE) is a professional licensure examination administered by the Board of Civil Engineering (BCE) in the Philippines. The examination is designed to assess the competency of examinees to practice civil engineering in the Philippines.

The CELE is a two-day examination, consisting of five (5) 2-hour sessions. The five (5) sessions cover the following topics:

  • Mathematics, Science, and Humanities (MSH): This session covers topics in mathematics, physics, chemistry, and humanities that are relevant to the practice of civil engineering
  • Civil Engineering Laws, Rules, and Regulations (CELRR): This session covers the laws, rules, and regulations governing the practice of civil engineering in the Philippines.
  • Civil Engineering Materials (CEM): This session covers the properties and use of materials in civil engineering construction.
  • Civil Engineering Hydraulics and Hydrology (CEHH): This session covers the principles of hydraulics and hydrology as applied to civil engineering problems.
  • Civil Engineering Structures (CES): This session covers the design and analysis of civil engineering structures, such as buildings, bridges, and dams.

To be eligible to take the CELE, an applicant must have the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a school recognized by the Board of Civil Engineering.
  • At least three (3) years of relevant experience in civil engineering.
  • A valid certificate of registration from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

The CELE is held twice a year, in April and October. The PRC announces the schedule of the examination at least three (3) months before the examination date.

To register for the CELE, an applicant must create an account on the PRC website and then submit an online application form. The application form must be accompanied by the following documents:

  • A photocopy of the applicant’s birth certificate.
  • A photocopy of the applicant’s certificate of registration from the PRC.
  • A photocopy of the applicant’s transcript of records.
  • A photocopy of the applicant’s NBI clearance.
  • Two (2) certificates of good moral character.
  • A payment of P900.00.

The application deadline for the CELE is usually two (2) months before the examination date.

The PRC releases the results of the CELE within four (4) working days after the last day of the examination. Successful examinees are required to register with the PRC to obtain their professional identification card and certificate of registration.

The CELE is a challenging examination, but it is also a rewarding one. Passing the CELE allows individuals to practice civil engineering in the Philippines and to use the title “Civil Engineer.”

RCE Passes List Download Pdf November 2023

The RCE Passes List for November 2023 is not yet available. The Board of Civil Engineering (BCE) in the Philippines typically releases the list of passers within four (4) working days after the last day of the examination. The November 2023 CELE was held on October 22-23, 2023, so the list of passers is expected to be released on or before October 27, 2023.

Once the list of passers is released, it will be available for download in PDF format from the BCE website. You can also check the PRC website for the list of passers.

  2. Click on the “Examinations” tab.

  5. Under the “Downloadable Files” section, click on the “RCE Passes List – November 2023” link.
  6. The RCE Passes List will be downloaded in PDF format.
