CELE Board Exam Result November 2023 Passers | Civil Engineer Top Notchers & Top Schools : The Civil Engineering Licensure Examination (CELE) is a licensure examination in the Philippines administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) to determine the professional competence of graduates of civil engineering courses. The examination is conducted twice a year, in May and November.
The examination covers the following subjects:
- Mathematics
- Engineering Mechanics
- Surveying
- Hydraulics
- Soil Mechanics
- Foundation Engineering

The passing score for the CELE Board Exam is 75%. The examination is open to Filipino citizens who have completed a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from a recognized school or university.
