UNEB PLE Results 2023 Uganda PLE Results Online @ uneb.ac.ug : Check Below :- The Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) is the national assessment body in Uganda. It is responsible for administering the Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE), the Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE), and the Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE).
The PLE is a national examination taken by all primary school pupils in Uganda at the end of their primary education. It is a basic education level examination that assesses the pupils’ knowledge and skills in English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and Religious Education.
The UCE is a national examination taken by secondary school students in Uganda after completing two years of secondary education. It is an ordinary level examination that assesses the students’ knowledge and skills in a wide range of subjects.
The UACE is a national examination taken by secondary school students in Uganda after completing four years of secondary education. It is an advanced level examination that assesses the students’ knowledge and skills in a wide range of subjects.
UNEB also offers a number of other services, including:
- Equating foreign qualifications to UNEB standards
- Validating new and existing examination centres
- Scouting and marking examination papers
- Publishing examination results

UNEB PLE Results 2023 Check Uganda PLE Results Online
The Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) has released the results of the 2022 Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE). The results are available online and can be accessed by candidates using their index numbers.
To check your PLE results online, follow these steps:
- Go to the UNEB website: https://uneb.ac.ug/
- Click on the “PLE Results” tab.
- Enter your index number in the “Index Number” field.
- Click on the “Submit” button.
Your PLE results will be displayed on the screen.
You can also check your PLE results by SMS. To do this, send an SMS to 6600 with the following format:
PLE <space> Index Number
For example, to check the results for a candidate with the index number PLE 000001/001, you would send the following SMS:
” PLE 000001/001 “
Your PLE results will be sent back to you as an SMS.
The UNEB PLE results for 2023 are available online from January 27, 2023.

How to Check Online UNEB PLE Results 2023
Here are the steps on how to check your UNEB PLE results online in 2023:
- Go to the UNEB website: https://uneb.ac.ug
- Click on the “PLE Results” tab.
- Enter your index number in the “Index Number” field.
- Click on the “Submit” button.
Your UNEB PLE results for 2023 will be displayed on the screen.
