TSC REVISED PROMOTION INTERVIEW SCORESHEET – JAN/FEB 2024 : TSC promotion scoresheet 2024(REVISED). The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) is finalizing plans to hold teacher promotion interviews in order to fill the 36,053 vacancies announced in August.
The interviews will take place in three stages, beginning on December 4, 2023, following the completion of the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) tests.

Candidates who participate in the interviews must have valid Chapter 6 documentation in order to be considered for promotion.
TSC promotion scoresheet 2024(REVISED)
Phase I of TSC Promotion Interviews (December 4 to 15, 2023): This phase will be held at the sub-county level and is intended primarily for primary school teachers seeking promotions from Grades C1 to C5.
Headteacher roles in regular primary schools and Special Needs Primary Schools are available at T-Scale 1,
Deputy Headteacher II in regular primary schools is available at T-Scale 9,
Senior Teacher I in regular primary schools and SNE primary schools is available at T-Scale 8, and
Senior Teacher II in regular and SNE primary schools is available at T-Scale 7.
Phase II (January 4–16, 2024): Phase II will be held at the county level and will be aimed at post-primary teachers pursuing promotions in grades C3–D1.
