SFNA Results 2024 : NECTA Standard Four Results 2024 :- The Standard Four National Assessment (SFNA) is an annual assessment administered by the National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA) to all Standard Four pupils in Tanzania. The assessment is designed to measure pupils’ mastery of the curriculum in Kiswahili, English Language, Mathematics, Social Studies, Science and Technology, and Civic and Moral Education.
The SFNA was first administered in 2017. The assessment is administered in two sessions: a morning session for Kiswahili, English Language, and Mathematics, and an afternoon session for Social Studies, Science and Technology, and Civic and Moral Education.
The SFNA is a criterion-referenced assessment, which means that pupils’ performance is assessed against a set of predetermined standards. The standards are based on the national curriculum for primary education.
The SFNA is used to inform a number of decisions, including:
- Monitoring pupil progress: The SFNA is used to track pupils’ progress over time and identify areas where they need additional support.
- Informing curriculum development: The results of the SFNA are used to inform the development of the national curriculum for primary education.
- Identifying gifted and talented pupils: The SFNA is used to identify pupils who are performing at a high level and who may be eligible for gifted and talented programs.

Standard Four Results 2024 :
The Standard Four National Assessment (SFNA) Results for the 2023/2024 academic year have not yet been released. The results are typically released in late December or early January.
In the meantime, you can view the results for the 2022/2023 academic year on the Necta website. The results are available for download in PDF format.
The 2022/2023 SFNA results show that there was a slight improvement in average scores across all subjects. The average score for Kiswahili was 78.5%, for English Language was 72.3%, for Mathematics was 69.2%, for Social Studies was 75.4%, for Science and Technology was 73.1%, and for Civic and Moral Education was 76.8%.

The Standard Four National Assessment (SFNA) results for the 2024 academic year are not yet available, as the exams are typically conducted in November and the results are released in December. However, once the results are released, you can follow these steps to check your SFNA results for 2024:
