RRCAT Apprentice Online Form 2024 : RRCAT Apprentice Notification 2024 :- Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology (RRCAT) has released a recruitment notification for 150 Trade Apprentice posts. The online application process started on July 24th, 2023 and will close on August 22nd, 2023.

The eligible candidates can apply online through the RRCAT website, www.rrcat.gov.in. The application fee is Rs. 100 for General and OBC candidates and Rs. 50 for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

RRCAT Apprenticeship Recruitment Eligibility Criteria 2024

Here are the eligibility criteria for the RRCAT Apprenticeship Recruitment 2023:

• Educational Qualification: ITI in the relevant trade with 50% marks in aggregate.
• Age limit: 18 to 24 years as of August 22, 2023.
• Relaxation in age:
  • 5 years for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
  • 3 years for OBC-NCL candidates.
• Nationality: Indian citizen.
• Must have passed the 10th class board examination prior to taking admission in ITIs and secured a minimum of 40% in aggregate in 10th class board examination.
• Candidates who passed out ITI in 2018 or before are not eligible to apply.
• Candidates are required to apply for only one of the designated trades mentioned in the RRCAT notification.
• Candidate should possess ITI certificate in the respective trade mentioned in the last column of Table-1.

The application fee for the RRCAT Apprenticeship Recruitment 2024 is as follows:

• SC/ST/PwD: Rs. 50

RRCAT Apprentice Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

The selection of candidates for the RRCAT Apprenticeship Recruitment 2024 will be done on the basis of the following criteria:

• Merit list based on marks obtained in ITI: The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their marks obtained in the ITI. The merit list will be prepared separately for each trade.
• Interview: The shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The interview will be conducted to assess the candidates’ communication skills, technical knowledge, and aptitude.

The final selection of candidates will be based on the marks obtained in the ITI and the interview.
