NLE Board Exam Result November 2023 Passers | Philippine Nurse Top Notchers & Performance Of Schools :- The NLE Board Exam, or the Nursing Licensure Examination, is a licensure exam for nursing graduates in the Philippines.   1. Nursing Practice I – Community Health Nursing This part covers the fundamental concepts and principles of community health nursing, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of community health programs. It also covers the role of the nurse in promoting health, preventing diseases, and providing care to individuals, families, and communities.

  2. Nursing Practice II – Care of Healthy/At Risk Mother and Child This part covers the anatomy and physiology of the female reproductive system, the maternal and child health continuum, and the nursing care of women during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. It also covers the nursing care of infants, toddlers, and children with common health problems.

  3. Nursing Practice III – Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alterations (Part A) This part covers the fundamental concepts and principles of medical-surgical nursing, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for clients with common medical and surgical conditions. It also covers the role of the nurse in promoting healing and restoring health.

  4. Nursing Practice IV – Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alterations (Part B) This part covers the nursing care of clients with common medical and surgical conditions, including cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal, neurological, and musculoskeletal disorders. It also covers the nursing care of clients with mental health problems.

  5. Nursing Practice V – Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alterations (Part C) This part covers the nursing care of clients with complex medical and surgical conditions, including cancer, infectious diseases, and trauma. It also covers the nursing care of clients with end-of-life care needs.
