Kindly take note of the following important information regarding registrations:
1.The following are needed for registration:
- Original identification document (ID card, passport or driver’s license);
- Original certificate of your highest educational qualification, OR Original statement of results for the most recent examination you sat;
- Original testimonials for those admitted with Gr. 10 certificate/results or through Recognition of prior learning assessment (RPL);
- A minimum deposit of 50% of the annual course fee or full payment of the course fee;
- A letter of financial assistance from your sponsor (this is only applicable to sponsored students).
2.Late registration, which is subject to the availability of study materials, will take place on 21 February in Windhoek and Ongwediva only. An additional N$500 (late registration fee) will be required upon late registration.

How to Enrol for Secondary Education
For entry into secondary education programmes, proof must be provided that the learner has passed the same or similar subjects at a lower grade or standard in order to be able to enroll for the specific subject(s). This applies to enrolment for NSSC learners.
The National Examinations, Assessment and Certification Board (NEACB) of Namibia, under the auspices of the Ministry of Education Arts and Culture (MoEAC) has laid down requirements for registration to sit for Grade 12 (NSSCO) examinations.
The following documents are needed for enrolment:
- Certified copies of (Namibian ID card OR passport, NAMCOL Learner ID, birth certificate);
- Certified copies of your highest educational qualification or ORIGINAL statement of results for the most recent examination you sat (certified copies of the above documents are NOT acceptable);
- Payment in full of subject fees (by cash or money order);
- Study Permit for all foreign nationals*; One passport-size photo;
- Statement of Entry for 2004-2019 (applicable to learners who previously enrolled with NAMCOL during the 2004-2019 academic years).
Cancellation
Cancellation in this context means that a learner cancels a subject and requests a refund or that he/she cancels a subject and changes to another subject. Learners should therefore make sure about the subject choices before they enroll. Any change or cancellation of a subject will result in a deduction of 20% from the subject fee which is for administration cost incured.
Cancellation must be finalised on the last day of enrolment every year.
