Kolkata Police Constable Result 2024 : prb.wb.gov.in KP Constable Result Merit List cut Off :- The Kolkata Police Constable Recruitment 2024 is currently closed. The online application process was open from May 29, 2024 to June 27, 2024. The exam was held on June 4, 2023. The physical fitness test (PFT) will be held in the last week of August 2024.
The eligibility criteria for the Kolkata Police Constable post are as follows:
- Age: 18 to 30 years for male and 18 to 35 years for female candidates as on January 1, 2024.
- Education: 10th pass for male and female candidates.
- Height: 165 cm for male and 155 cm for female candidates.
- Weight: 55 kg for male and 45 kg for female candidates.
- Chest: 78 cm for male and 76 cm for female candidates (expandable to 84 cm and 82 cm respectively).
The selection process for the Kolkata Police Constable post will be as follows:
- Written Examination
- Physical Efficiency Test (PFT)
- Medical Examination
- Interview
The written examination will be a multiple-choice question (MCQ) test of 100 questions. The questions will be from the following subjects:
- General Knowledge
- Current Affairs
- Reasoning

The PFT will consist of the following events:
- 100 meter run
- 800 meter run
- Long jump
- High jump
- Shot put

KP Police Constable Qualifying Marks (cut off) 2024
The Kolkata Police Constable Qualifying Marks (Cut Off) for 2023 have not yet been released. The West Bengal Police Recruitment Board (WBPRB) is expected to release the cut off marks in the last week of September 2023.
