Delhi High Court Junior Judicial Assistant Exam Pattern

The Delhi High Court Junior Judicial Assistant Exam Pattern is as follows:

Written Exam

The written exam is a computer-based exam with multiple choice answers. It is conducted for a total of 100 questions, each carrying 1 mark. The exam is divided into three sections:

  • English Language and Comprehension (45 questions)
  • General Awareness (Knowledge and Current Affairs/Events) (45 questions)
  • General Intelligence, Reasoning Ability, and Numerical/Arithmetic Ability (30 questions)

Negative Marking

There is negative marking in the written exam. 1/4th of a mark is deducted for each wrong answer.

Passing Marks

The passing marks for the written exam are 50% for general category candidates and 45% for reserved category candidates.

Interview

Candidates who qualify the written exam are called for an interview. The interview carries 20 marks.

Final Selection

The final selection for the post of Junior Judicial Assistant in the Delhi High Court is based on the combined marks of the written exam and the interview.
