Short Note on TVEC :-
The Tertiary & Vocational Education Commission that which was Established in the Year 1991 as the Apex body in the Technical & Vocational Education and Training Sector under the Provisions of the Tertiary and Vocational Education Act No 20 of 1990. It’s the Primary Responsibility is Policy Formulation, Planning Quality Assurance. The Coordination and Development of Tertiary and Vocational Education in the Country of Sri Lanka.
National Vocational Knowledge Assessment Exam Results
The Main Important object of the Tertiary and Vocational Education Act No 20 of 1990 is the main development of a Nationally which is recognized system for granting of Tertiary Education award and Vocational Education awards including the Certificates and other Academic Distinctions in Sri Lanka.
The National Vocational Qualification NVQ Framework that is a Seven Level Qualification Framework. A Qualification is an generally a Package of Competency Units to suit the requirements in a Particular Position in the Labour Market in Sri Lanka.
Criteria for Giving Levels to Qualification which are based on Three Parameters.
- Complexity of the Process that a Qualification Holder will carry Out.
- Learning Demand. Difficulty in Learning of those Processes
- Responsibility of the Job Holder that when relevant Processes that which are carried out.

- Then Enter Your NIC Number and Hit on the Search Button
- Now the NVQ National Vocational Qualification TVEC Knowledge Assessment Exam Result will be Displayed on screen
- Check the results and download them for future reference.
