Sri Lanka School Exam Results 2024 : Sri Lanka General Certificate of Education Exam Results 2024 :- The main school exams in Sri Lanka are the General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary Level (O/Ls) and the GCE Advanced Level (A/Ls). The O/Ls are taken by students in grade 11, while the A/Ls are taken by students in grade 13.

The O/Ls are a set of 10 compulsory subjects, including English, Sinhala or Tamil, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies. Students can also choose to take additional subjects. The A/Ls are a set of 6 subjects, which students choose based on their career goals.

The GCE exams are conducted by the Department of Examinations of the Ministry of Education. The exams are usually held in March and April. However, due to the current economic crisis in Sri Lanka, the government has announced that the GCE exams for 2024 have been canceled. This is due to a shortage of printing paper. The government is still considering other options for assessing students’ progress, such as online exams or oral exams.
