BAR Exam Results 2023 : Supreme Court of Philippines BARD Exam
The BAR Examination which Scheduled and Conducted in the Month of November 2022. This Exam Hosted from 8 AM to 12 Noon and three Hours afternoon Examination from 2 PM to 5 PM. The Supreme Court of the Philippines Bar Exam is a licensure examination conducted by the Supreme Court of the Philippines for aspiring lawyers who wish to practice law in the Philippines. The exam is usually held once a year, in the month of November.
The Bar Exam consists of eight subjects: Political Law, Labor Law and Social Legislation, Civil Law, Taxation Law, Mercantile Law, Criminal Law, Remedial Law, and Legal Ethics and Practical Exercises. The exam is composed of both objective and essay-type questions.
To be eligible to take the Bar Exam, an applicant must have completed a four-year bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized law school in the Philippines. They must also pass the Philippine Law School Admission Test (PhilSAT) and meet other requirements set by the Supreme Court.
The Bar Exam is considered one of the most challenging licensure examinations in the Philippines, with a passing rate averaging around 25-30%. However, passing the Bar Exam is a significant milestone for aspiring lawyers, as it grants them the license to practice law and represent clients in court.
