• Students can check their MG University Status by log into official home page by using their application number and password
• Students who got Third allotment should download Allotment Memo after paying the fee due to the MG University for SC ST 50 and General Category 953/-. • The students need to report to the colleges before 29/06/2023 4:30 pm and He or She should produce the below listed documents for verification
• Allotment Memo
• Date of Birth Certificate
• TC Transfer Certificate from last Institute and Conduct Certificate
• Plus Two or Equivalent examination Marks Lists
• Mahatma Gandhi University eligibility Certificate and in case of students who have passed their exam from other boards institutes governments expect CISCE and CBSE
• Migration Certificate
• Caste Certificate for SC ST and other documents required to be produce by the head of Institution
• Original NSS NCC Certificates
• For Ex-Servicemen and Dependent from Zila Sainik Welfare Officer they need to produce original as a proof
• Community Certificate along with the non creamy layer certificate as per government rules from the revenue department in case of SEBC students who claim reservation under SEBC Category. and lastly the non creamy layer certificate should not have been issued before 12 months to the submission of application.
• Community certificate along with the relevant certificate from the revenue department where they come under the BPL Below poverty line category of forward communities in case of candidates who wish to avail the reservation EBFC under.
• The Hopeful who got the admission on their first option they should pay the fee to the particular course at the institution at the time of admission. And students who are decide to seek admission by cancelling the higher options even they need to pay the fee at the institute. Those students who retain the higher options they need not to pay any fee at the institution at the time admission. However in the 4th allotment the candidates can cancel the fee applicable to the programmed secured at the higher option and if they not secured they should remit the fee applicable to the programme secured as the previous option.
• Students need to collect the confirmation slip from the college after reporting for admission and he or she should ensure that they have admitted to the correct category i.e temporary permanent.
• For SC ST candidates they are allowed to take provisional admission up to the special allotment.
• Students who took the permanent admission in the college on the specified date they can remain their higher options because their higher options will be cancelled automatically.
• Students who took temporary admission and student who have not secured the allotments they can delete or rearrange the options from 30-06-2023 to 01/07/2023
• Students should save their options after rearrangement of Options
• Student is bound to accept the allotment as per their preference of options registered if she or he gets allotment in the subsequent phase based on higher options arising future vacancies he or she give up the seat already occupied by he or she.
• If the students failed to report admission at the college allotted to him on particular time and date the result will be loss of admission to particular programme and future allotments.
